what you need:
1 frozen banana
1/4 avocado
1 Tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 vanilla stevia drops
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 pinch sea salt
2-3 Tbsp. coconut/almond milk

Instructions:
Simply blend all ingredients in a food processor and top with raw nuts and seeds!
