Mucho Matcha on Toast!
I love my mornig matcha! So why not play around with it.
So why not, instead of blending up matcha into a latte, blending it up into a spread?

cuisine: plantbased, dairyfree, raw
what you need:
1 cup of cashews (soaked for approx. 4 hours)
+ 1 tsp of matcha, but depends on your taste
+ 2 tbsp of sweetener, honey or maple or stevia or…
+ splash of water or almond or coconut milk, as needed to help blend
+ optional: 2 tbsp of coconut oil, melted
slices of your favorite toasted bread.
optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes
baked pieces of date
what to do:
Blend everything together in a high speed blender. Add a liquid of choice, preferably nut milk, if needed to help it all come together better! If desired add more liquid sweetener or a date if you find matcha to bitter.
Toast your favorite piece of bread.
Smear Matcha Cream on top.
Add additional topping if desired, such as toasted coconut flakes.
