black bean chocolate brownies
This has turned into my daily snack!
For breakfast, as a snack after lunch, or at 16:00
It’s the perfect chocolate filling treat!
Packed with plant-based protein, healthy fats, and anti-oxidants and happy vitamins from the cacao!
BLACK BEAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

cuisine: raw, vegan, glutenfree, dairyfree
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup dates, soaked in warm water to soften, ( I used 8 big ones, works as well)
4 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 pinch salt
a little vanilla powder.
optional: chocolate protein powder
WHAT TO DO:
Add all ingredients straight into a blender.
If needed add a little bit of the soaking liquid of the dates.
Then squeeze the batter on to a baking sheet in a baking tin
Let it stand in the fridge or freezer for a while.
Slice into squares or bars if desired
Remove from freezer when you want to eat a piece
