Just wing em! But use this as a start:

what you need:
1 cup of oat flour; blend up oats until flour consistency. Alternatively use rice flour, buckwheat,..
1 cup of nutmilk, almond or coconut
1 egg,  you could try with a flax egg
2 tbsp of cane sugar or coconut
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
optional:
a smashed banana for natural sweetnessπŸ’—πŸ₯žπŸ’—πŸ₯ž

what to do:
Blend everything together into pancake batter! melt coconut oil in a skillet. 
Use a ice cream scoop to scoop out the batter into the heated skillet to create equal portions.Use kitchen paper to remove exess oil.
When the edges start to bake, have a look and flip the pancake! πŸ₯žπŸ‘…πŸ‘…πŸ‘…πŸ₯ž

Note:
For PπŸ’—NK PANCAKES: Blend in a pieve of cooked beetroot. Or strawberries, raspberries, juice of frozen red berries,...
For BLUE PπŸ’™NCAKES: Blend in blueberries or blackberries of the juice of frozen berries,...
FOR CHOC🍫LATE PANCAKES: Blend in raw cacao powder! Works well with beetroot or banana.
FOR GREEN PANCπŸ’šKES: Blend in in spinach!
