what you need:
250 ml almond milk
some flaxseed oil and flaxseed
depending on wanted thickness add more papaya or use less almond milk.
what to do:
remove the papaya pits from the papaya
you could use and eat the pits to restore your gut and transit!
place everything in the blender and wizz away!
