to blend - matcha almond milk (from jusjus)
Something I could add to anything! ( just as spirulina, miso paste and nori... if only they would taste good together)
So i am always looking for was to sneak it in somewhere...
For this one I didn't really have to think long about it.
Just a scoop of matcha in my pre-made cold pressed almond milk from Jus Jus and done!!
aaaaaah my love affair with the Jus Jus nut milks just got some extra punch!
The health benefits of matcha tea exceed those of green tea because when you drink matcha you ingest the whole leaf, not just the brewed water.
One glass of matcha is the equivalent of 10 glasses of green tea in terms of its nutritional value and antioxidant content.
For maximum nutritional benefit, matcha tea is unparalleled.

I blame it on a Vitamix, and that I needed one to get the right consistency and pulver the almond toughly
That said.... Vitamix bought, almond milk made.
Never gonna by store made almond milk ever again after tasting my creamy and fresh one!
almond milk is a great lactose / dairy replacment
almonds contain protein, so get some protein in that milk!
