Here are a few of my morning rituals drinks.
I always start with downing 1liter or at least 1/2 liter of water first off. Some days this is easier than others. It's a habit that I started this summer. Because you loose so much water during the night due to transpiration ect... that I make sure to get the hydration back in! Then my lemon juice and lukewarm water.  Up next, homemade kombucha for the probiotics and health benefits! Then I love a creamy warm matcha latte or cup of bulletproof coffee. The Chlorophyll water is something I tried in Los Angeles at a cute breakfast and lunch place called Croft Alley,.. It was so refreshing, reminded me of something I had as a kid: Mente a l'eau ( mint syrup in water), and perfect to sip on all summer!!

1. lemon juice / ACV / lukewarm water
simple squeeze a lemon in lukewarm water.
add a dash of apple cider vinegar.
drink first thing in the morning

2. matcha green tea latte/ coconut milk / coconut oil.
blend up 2 teaspoons of matcha green tea powder with 1 cup or approx 250ml of warm rice/coconut milk and  1 tablespoon of coconut oil. 
some blenders heat up liquids, so it's not necessary to use hot milk.
add some more coconut milk if desired.
optional add-ins: vanilla powder, lucuma, some seasalt, almond butter

note: pressed juicery makes one made out of matcha & hemp milk: chlorophyll, dates, hemp seeds, matcha, moringa, sea salt, spirulina and vanilla bean.
Totally intriguing! Must experiment with those flavors!

3. bulletproof coffee / coconut oil / almond butter.
blend up 1 cup or approx 250 ml of warm coffee, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, coconut butter, hazelnut or almond coco butter finish with a pinch of vanilla or vanilla extract.  The coconut oil will make it nice and creamy and  create a cappuccino like texture when blended on high speed. A perfect latte
optional add-ins, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or 1 teaspoon of turmeric or  1 teaspoon of raw cacao or 1 teaspoon of cardamom or a little bit of a mix.
To sweeten, if desired, you can blend in a date, 1/2 teaspoon of lucuma, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or coconut nectar.
I like a turmeric, cinnamon mix.
Blend up some coconut cream to create a more of a cappucino

you could add a date if you like it sweet, but adding sugar goes against the bulletproof idea

4. kombucha.
this is a whole other story!
i'll try, as good as I can, to explain how to brew komucha as simply as possible.
I am no expert, and there are plenty of articles / books out there.
but i'll try to explain the basics. 
but not an expert at all!

5. chlorophyll water.
buy liquid chlorophyll online. 
pour some in a glass, add water and ice cubes. Give it a shake! Enjoy!
