Going to make this Matcha Avocado Spagetti Sauce! again!! cause I just love anything with avocado , and matcha ;-)
recipe adapted from @thechalkboardmag ⚡️this is the original one (i used avocado instead of cashews, no tamari and added 1/2 apple.. Approx. ) just wing it! 😉

CREAMY MATCHA APPLE DIP

recipe type: to lunch, to serve on the side
cuisine: glutenfree, vegan, plantbased, dairyfree
what you need:
juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 green apple
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
3 Tbsp water
1/2 tsp matcha
what to do:
Slice your avocado in two. From the side without the pit, scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a blender or foodprocessor. Add the juice of the lime, the chopped apple, a pinch of salt, water depending on desired consistency and finally the matcha powder.
Blend it all into a creamy spread.
I used this as a raw spaghetti sauce.
Simply spirulised a zucchini , aka courgettini or zucchini noodles or zoodles,
Dropped a dollop of the sauce and tossed until everything was well covered.
In winter times, you could head up your zucchini noodles by heating some coconut oil in the pan, adding the zucchini noodles, and letting it warm up slightly.
