Its one if those gorgeous sunday mornings that call for a @mynewroots breakfast! 

This smoothie was insanely delicious!
And i has that Turmeric inside!! 
Yeaaay medicinal herbs with anti-inflammatory effects!! Something wonderful for those who work out and need to strengthen and rebuild muscle!!

what you need:
no exact measures... just go with it...
frozen banana
some fresh turmeric or powder
almond milk
beepollen to top it all of
sesame seeds

what to do:
place all ingredients in a blender and wizz away!
