what you need:
100 gr fresh spinach
1 small handful of mint leaves
1/2 mango, peeled
250 ml pure water
1/2 lemon, zest and juice
what to do:
Rinse, peel and prepare all the ingredients before adding them to a blender to turnit into a silk, smooth and juicy drink.
A few ice cubes to top it off is always a great idea.
