recipe type: to breakfast
what you need:
3 lemongrass stalks
¼ cup of coconut nectar or agave syrup
1 tbsp lime juice
what to do:
Put the lemongrass stalks through a juicer and catch the juice in a glass, you should have 1/8 of a cup. Add the coconut nectar or agave syrup and the lime juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use
add kiwi, papaya, litchies, blueberries,...
and create yourself a delicious tropical breakfast bowl!
