What you need:
6 hands oats
2 large hands lotus chips
2 hands dried white mulberries
1 hand poppy seeds
1 large hand black sesame seeds
6 tablespoons brown rice syrup
3 tablespoons cocoa butter
2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
Matcha green tea powder

Serve with
(Coco)nut yoghurt, nut mylk or raw organic goats yoghurt.

what to do:
Preheat oven at 170 degrees Celsius. Mix oats, lotus chips, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, rice syrup, cocoa butter and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Scoop onto baking tray lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake for 8 minutes or so, until golden brown. You may want to turn the granola over half way through, just to make sure all sides are equally toasted. Take out of the oven, cool, add dried mulberries and store in an airtight glass container. Enjoy when desired over (coconut) yoghurt and a small scoop (½ tsp) of matcha green tea powder.
