Tumeric Tahini Sauce
recipe inspired by: Feed Your Glow

what you need:
1/4 cup of tahini - I used the dark kind
Juice of 1/2 organic lemon
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp tamari for a glutenfree version or use soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger or ginger powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
what to do:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Add more water until you've reached your desired consistency.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
make noodles out of a zucchini or courgette using a spiralizer.
you could use sweet potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi,... get creative!
add some radishes, cilantro, avocado, kale, quinoa or rice.. whatever flavors you like!
