there is not a day that goes by without me thinking about some dishes I had at Como!
one of my best moment ever was standing in bathtub hot cristal clear water enjoying a raw cashew chocolate ice cream... it was so warm that it became an inversed moelleux au chocolat! pretty amazing! chocolate in the ocean! that's what dreams are made of!
and it's not only that ice cream that is was amazing, their whole Como Shambala menu is just pretty amazing and inspirational!!
After endless mails to get a hand on their coconut breakfast porridge recipe, I didn't just get a mail back... I got a whole book!!!
Guess I wasn't the only annoying one to ask for their recipes! ;-)
