Cucumber w/ fresh dill

what you need:
1 medium sized cucumber
handful of fresh dill
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp maldon sea salt
1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
what to do:
1. In a 1 liter jar, combine the vinegar, water, salt and maple syrup. Stir to combine.
2. Slice cucumber in halfway lengthwise, then across in 1-2 cm slices. Chop dill roughly.
3. Add both to the vinegar mixture, place in the fridge and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
