to lunch - spirulina sprout salad
A little salad dedicated to spirulina and sprouts!

what you need:
4 to 6 oz mixed greens
1 large handful sunflower sprouts
1 cup cucumber, roughly peeled and chopped
1/4 cup raw hemp seeds
Pinch of sea salt
For the Spirulina Dressing
1 large ripe avocado
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup water
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp spirulina powder
What to do:
First, make the dressing.
In a blender, purée all the dressing ingredients until smooth, then set it aside.
In a large bowl, toss together the greens, sprouts and cucumber.
Drizzle the mixture with enough dressing to evenly coat everything.
Sprinkle in the hemp seeds and salt, toss to combine and serve.
