I think my morning routine is quite elaborate,
I love to enjoy my morning, do everything at ease, chill, not rush to much, and yes occasionally arrive late at work...
I just can't seem to move quicker, and I have tried waking up earlier... doesn't help!
So when it comes to my breakfast,I like to take my time and try out some new things..
Shake i up straight from the beginning of the day.
So when I discovered the application from Earthsprout I just had to give it a try!
all the 30 breakfasts on there! So far I am 5 down and looking forward to the ones to go!
This recipe is what elenore calls het Greenylicious Super Smoothie..
So here goes:

What you'll need:
1/2 midsized fennel bulb
3 florets of broccoli
1 apple, cored
1 small handfull of sprouts ( mung bean, alfafa,...)
1 tsp of fresh ginger
250 ml of plant based milk ( I prefer to use less, I love a thick smoothie)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 drops of stevia ( optional)
a pinch of vanilla powder ( I add a scoop of my Amazing Grass vanilla protein powder)
What to do:
Just place it all in the blender, and blend away untill smooth...
What I love about this one, is that is filled with veggies!!
Leaves me a whole day to enjoy my fruits!!
