to make - spring clean soup

what you need:
1 small onion, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
bunch aspargus
3 stalks of celery, chopped
3 handful of spinach
2 cloves of garlic
optional: ginger, sprouts,...

what to do.
Melt butter, ghee or coconut oil in a pot. Sautee the onion, then the garlic. Trow in celery and other chopped up veggies. Saute everything. Add liquid, broth or veggie broth. Let simmer.
Once done. transfer to a vitamix. Add in the spinach leaves. Don't cook the spinach with the rest, This way you wil get a much greener soup! Trow in a chunck of ginger if desired.
And blend away until creamy. Season to tast
