CACAO + ALMOND BUTTER AVOCADO MOUSSE

What you’ll need: (serves 4)
2 ripe avocados
2/3 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp carob powder
Small pinch celtic or himalayan salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp maple syrup (you can also use honey, banana, brown rice syrup or stevia) - or none!
Crushed almonds and additional almond butter (to serve/decorate)

How to make:
Add the avocados, almond milk and almond butter to a blender and blitz until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until your mousse is well mixed and smooth in consistency.

Note:
I didn't add any sweeterer at all. Love my chocolate bitter. And I always add some extra sea salt flakes on top! Chocolate and salt does the trick everytime!!
And Olive oil! Trust me!
