to make - miam-o-fruits
A delicious breakfast that is packed in vitamins and oligo elements. This recipe is from France Guillain, who devised the ‘derivative bath’ method.

what you need:
1/2 banana , mashed with a fork until liquid and slightly brown - Leave to oxidate a few minutes
2 tbsp of rapeseed oil (canola oil), or 1tsp of flaxseed oil + 1 tbsp of sesame oil (not toasted sesame oil)
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds -slightly crushed
1 tbsp of sesame seeds - slightly crushed
1 tbsp of a mixture of the following nuts and seeds; cashew, hazelnuts,sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, ....)
2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
pieces of different fruits; apple, pear, kiwi, papaya, mango, litchi, pineapple, strawberries, apricots, peach, raspberries, passion fruit, dragon fruit,,... depending on season and location
Note: Use all fruits except oranges, grapefruit and any type of melons. The citrus fruits are too acidic and slow down digestion.
Melon or watermelon accelerate digestion and will cause discomfort.
Don't use tried fruits such as raisins and prunes (they have been dried by the sun, or something else)
what to do:
make two different jars
1 tbsp of flax seeds
1 tbsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp of a mix of the following 3 nuts or seeds
Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, cashew, brazil nut, macadamia,...
Store these jars on the bottom shelf of the fridge, only for a week
Mash your banana to obtain a smooth puree, mix in the rapeseed oil or the flax seed oil.
Create an emulsion of the two, like a mayonnaise type structure. The oil has to completely disappear with the banana mix. Add in the mix of flax seeds and sesame seeds from jar 1. Add in 1 tbsp of the mixture of jar 2. Not to much of the seeds on order not to irritate the intestins.
Squeeze in the 2 tsp of lemon juice.
To top this mixture of, add 3 different kind of fruits, cut up the fruits in small pieces.
Make yourself a pretty bowl!
Add bee pollen or honey if desired.
you could create a miam-o-fruit smoothie by adding 2 splashes of water in a blender
( absolutely no nut milks, fruit juices, syrup,... water only)
PS: You really have to chew your breakfast! Eat small portions at the time and eat mindfully!
