Sparkling Turmeric Tonic

what you need:
blood oranges ( depending on how much you are making)
sparkling water
turmeric powder or cold pressed fresh turmeric or freshly grated turmeric
cayenne pepper
ginger ( fresh, or powder)
 

350 ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1 inch knob of fresh turmeric, grated
1 inch knob of fresh ginger, grated
pinch of ground cayenne pepper
1/2 cup of cold, sparkling water
according to taste

 

what to do:
in case you use turmeric powder, mix the powder with some water
squeeze your blood oranges and pour into a glass,add the turmeric, ginger and cayenne. ( if you want you can always add honey, and play around with the spices according to taste). Mix in the sparkling water.
