to do - kick butt and abs at home

Due to a little knee and hip pain I had to take a forced break from running...
but because I can't sit still _ I already sit still long enough at work - that I need my daily workout.
So below you will find some youtube video's from Ballet Beautiful, Pop Sugar, Victoria Secret, Mandy and Into The Gloss that i am putting on replay!

hope you can add these to your daily routine!
some of them are really short and only take 15 minutes. but trust me some of them are quite challenging!!
