Create this super easy and delicious carrot cake oatmeal bread.

Carrot cake Oatmeal bread

what you need:
1 cup (gluten free) oats
½ cup almond milk (or water)
1 carrot
2 tbsp chia seeds

sweet version
1 banana
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp agave or maple syrup

savory version 
1 tsp tamari (or soy sauce)
herbs & spices ( i used chilli, paprika ginger and cumin)
optional: dried tomatoes

how to do it: 
Combine carrot, ½ cup oats and almond milk in a high speed blender and pulse for a few seconds (add banana for the sweet version). Transfer to a mixing bowl, add ½ cup oats and chia seeds – mix well to combine (add more oats if the mixture is too thin; add more almond milk if it´s too dry). Pour batter into a loaf pan and bake at 180°C (350°C) for 20 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven, set aside to cool before eating.
